We are seeking out the next generation of Sales Managers.
This person will have the mindset to exhaust every option to capitalize on every opportunity. Will be able to focus on Key Performance Indicators that will help maximize results. We need someone that looks at sales goals and develops a plan to crush every goal that we put in front of them.
We sell exterior products for homes, that means we need a Player/Coach that is willing to jump up on a roof, into an attic space, and ultimately close a deal at the homeowner’s kitchen table to help or inspire their reps. They should be comfortable and confident pitching a $100,000 deal as much as they are a $1,000 deal. We want a manager that prefers to lead by example rather than manage from behind a desk. If a sales rep needs an assist Tuesday morning at 7:00am or Saturday at 9:00pm… Game On!

Experience Requirements
- Computer skills
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and demonstrate good task management
- Work independently; solve problems, and ability to enforce company policies
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Ability to read, write and speak English
Desired Skills
- Prior supervisory skills and ability to manage people and tasks
- Prior construction experience, specifically residential exterior experience
- Knowledge and experience monitoring and maintaining sales quotas
- Experience with Insurance Claims: Hail and Wind
